There is ample parking on site
The beautiful chateau sits on pretty lawns with lovely old trees and is surrounded by vineyards. There is also an elevated viewing platform looking over the vineyards that is accessed as part of the tour

The waiting area is a very large room with a fireplace at one end and a large dining table at the other which is where tastings for larger groups are conducted. The tasting room is in the basement of the chateau and has been fitted in an extremely modern way with a circular tasting bench and a little alcove off to the side for the kids to sit in. There is a hallway through to the gift shop, also with a very modern fitout

Excellent knowledge of the vineyards, history of the chateau, the winemaking process and the range of wines on offer
Friendly and very welcoming, happy to have a chat and take questions. The tour was very interactive and enjoyable. English and French tours are offered
Yes (by appointment only), 5 different styles of tour are available. Groups up to 30 can be catered for. The tour was quite amazing with some wonderful animations in the vat and barrel rooms. We particularly liked being able to taste the cabernet and merlot grapes
There was a little nook to the side of the tasting room but no seating in the underground tasting area
