Brie
No wait. There were other people tasting and the assistant was very efficient. As well as a served tasting, there are also other cheeses on the tasting table for self-service
Very good knowledge of the cheeses and monitored our tasting to ensure we completed it in the optimum order
The cellar door assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and efficient. There was another lady tasting who was a little unsure about goats cheese and she coaxed her to taste it stating she wouldn't be offended if she wanted to put it in the bin, putting the lady at ease which was really nice to see

They do deliver (approximately $15) but we did not take advantage of this option. You can also buy a small cooler bag and ice pack to transport or just eat it that day like we did (yum!). You are allowed to take the cheese to the mainland or New Zealand

This cheese tasting was quite generous and the order chosen did ensure that you could taste all the different flavours. We were particularly taken by the triple cream goats brie and the Tasmanian whiskey flavoured cheese was very interesting
