This is a more formal style of tasting and as such may not suit everybody. The only option is a seated tasting whereby you choose a flight consisting of 5 wines. There are various pre-determined flights or you can just indicate what you like and the cellar door assistant will tailor the tasting to you. While personally we enjoyed the experience and found it a little different, it does slightly limit your ability to explore the range at your own pace and the tasting fee and subsequent requirement to buy 3 bottles per tasting for a refund of the fee is a slightly higher commitment than most cellar doors we have visited. You aren't required to book, but we would recommend it if you are intending to visit on busy weekends
