Whilst we did make a booking, they seemed surprised to see us when we arrived. However, we were welcomed and they apologised for not being able to do a tour as the factory was closed.  They seemed really pleased and a little surprised when we purchased 6 bottles and so gave us some free bottle stoppers with our purchase, which was a nice touch
