On the outskirts of Jerez, about a half an hour walk from the centre of town, or a short 5 minute drive. We were stopped by security on the way in, so make sure you have an appointment and have the name of the person your appointment is with. You then need to walk through the small immediate door into the large 2 storey foyer to meet your tour guide

The venue is also used for large functions, weddings etc so there is a huge carpark on site
The main reception building is at the front of the site and then there are some pretty gardens around the site, along with stables and carriage shed

The tasting room is full of antiques including a grand tasting bench and a fantastic mural on the back wall. The ceilings are cathedral like, and the room is off to the side of the large function room that is bright and light

Our tour guide had a fantastic knowledge of the history of the winery, the family, the special horses and the carriages
Friendly and clearly had a passion for the product and was able to share her favourite wine in the range with us. English, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Spanish tours are offered

Groupo Estevez is home to the Marques Del Real Tesoro, Valdespino and La Guita brands making it the 3rd largest producer in the region.
The tour can also include the stables where you can meet the beautiful horses and the carriage and tack rooms. We also got to meet the winery dog and her puppies which were adorable! |
