To "Cellarbrate": Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable cellar door manager, nice "working" feel to the cellar door with wine barrels, soil samples, winery photos, etc and striking tree lined driveway

Located about 40 minutes north of Canberra in Murrumbateman, access is via the main highway with a good quality gravel driveway approximately 200 metres long

There is ample parking

The cellar door is also the barrel room. There is a courtyard area with shade sails and tables and nice lawns which would be nice on a warm day

The barrel room/tasting room has glass down 2 sides with one side looking over the shade sailed courtyard and the other looking over the vineyards. There are some nice photos around the walls and big clear vases displaying the different soil types in the different vineyards

Really friendly cellar door manager who clearly had a passion for the wines he was showing us. This enthusiasm made for a great interactive experience

The first thing that strikes you with this cellar door is its beautiful tree lined driveway. We took some photos but they didn't stand up to the professional ones on the wall in the cellar door!
