Portugal

Home to the oldest demarcated wine region in the world, Portugal is a beautiful country with it's spectacular terraced vineyards, heritage listed buildings, hilltop villages, stunning beaches  and amazingly friendly and relaxed people.

While most widely know for it's Port Wine, Portugal actually produces a wide and varied range of wines and in more recent years these wines are gaining momentum and reputation around the world.

The wine lodges of Oporto and the Quintas of the Douro valley are must visits for any winelover and coupled with everything else Portugal has to offer, this is one country we are definitely looking forward to visiting again!
