Introducing Dom

Dom is our Franciscan Monk who knows everything (well almost!)about wines and cellar doors, particularly those that are a little more than they seem.  Dom is our new way of flagging cellar doors that have something special to offer but don't necessarily have all of the facilities to achieve a door rating.  Keep an eye out for Dom in our ratings and he might just guide you to a few hidden gems!
